ORNIS / OUR APPROACH
Review identity and paperwork
Establish the available identification, lawful-origin and sale documents, and identify any additional export, import or veterinary paperwork.
Coordinate quarantine and veterinary steps
Where required, assist with quarantine arrangements, tests, official inspections and the necessary preparations.
Arrange international transport
When the required conditions are met, assist with the shipment plan, carrier coordination, scheduling and collection.

To assess possible arrangements, it is useful to know:
- Bird species and quantity
- Intended destination country or region
- Available provenance, identification and relevant paperwork
- Preferred collection or delivery arrangements
ORNIS / SETTLEMENT & CONDITIONS
Auction settlement and logistics are separate
Winning bids are settled by bank transfer to XINGE TRANSPORT COMMV., whether acting as principal or authorised intermediary. Quarantine, transport, certificates, permits and associated services are not automatically included in the hammer price. They are assessed and quoted separately. Official decisions remain with the competent authorities.
