Explore the ORNIS bidding process, from private client registration to auction settlement and collection.
Await verification
The ORNIS team reviews accounts and determines whether and on what terms bidding may be enabled.
Examine the lot
Review the bird’s identity, provenance, supporting documentation, photos, auction deadlines and destination requirements. ORNIS reviews required sale documentation before publishing a lot.
Place your bid
Submit a bid through the live auction engine. Automatic maximum bids, increments, reserve prices and late extensions may apply to individual lots.
Follow the result
Your private dashboard shows the auction outcome. Winning a lot may create a financial obligation under the applicable sale conditions.
Settle by bank transfer
Winning purchases are settled by bank transfer to XINGE TRANSPORT COMMV. within seven (7) calendar days from the invoice date. No buyer’s premium (0%) applies. Quarantine, export documentation and transport arrangements may be agreed separately.
